This Acceptable Use Policy governs use of RepliaOS and is intended to protect the platform, users, organizations, and third parties.
By using RepliaOS, you agree not to misuse the Software or assist others in doing so.
1. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use RepliaOS to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Upload malware, viruses, exploit code, or harmful files
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, tenants, databases, or networks
- Bypass security controls or access restrictions
- Interfere with platform performance, integrity, or availability
- Conduct scraping, credential harvesting, phishing, or impersonation
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate against others
- Store or distribute unlawful content
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or organization
- Use the Software for spam or unauthorized bulk messaging
- Upload content that your organization is not authorized to possess or process
2. Platform Integrity
You may not reverse engineer, probe, scan, overload, attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise RepliaOS or its underlying infrastructure.
You may not use automated tools in a way that harms performance, security, or availability.
3. Sensitive Data Use
Organizations are responsible for ensuring that sensitive data uploaded to RepliaOS is appropriate, lawful, and consistent with their obligations.
RepliaOS should not be used as a substitute for legal compliance review, formal legal advice, or required statutory recordkeeping systems.
4. Gmail Integration Rules
If you use an optional Gmail integration through RepliaOS, you may not:
- Connect a Gmail account without authorization from the account owner or relevant organization
- Use RepliaOS to send spam, phishing, deceptive messages, or unauthorized bulk email through Gmail
- Attempt to bypass Google API restrictions, Google OAuth consent requirements, or Google security controls
- Scrape, harvest, export, or repurpose Gmail-connected data in a manner that exceeds the authorized workflow or violates law
- Disclose Gmail-connected data to unauthorized persons or systems
- Use a connected Gmail account for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activity
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated or where continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
6. Reporting Abuse
Suspected abuse or security concerns should be reported through the official contact channel provided on the RepliaOS website.
